1. Use the contact form to get in touch. You can include some details about why you're looking for counselling and your availability.
2. I will respond with my availability and invite you to an initial 30-minute initial session for a chat about working together. It is important that you find the therapist who feels right for you.
3. After the initial session, if you decide you would like to continue, we will agree on a regular time that will be yours for the duration of our work. If I am not the most suitable person to help you, I may be able to suggest someone who is.
My fees are:
We will meet for 50 minutes at the same time each week, ideally for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Payment is requested by bank transfer and is due prior to each booked appointment.
Online sessions are also available as long as you have somewhere private to talk.
